Data on air quality (e.g. levels of major pollutants) on a granular basis - that is at least broken down by month (preferably by day). Geographic breakdown (e.g. by grid point) would be nice but is not required.

Meteo Blue was a meteorological service at the University of Basel, Switzerland but it was privatized in 2006. They use a 3km-sensor grid encompassing Europe and of 10km in Subsaharian Africa including Côte d'Ivoire and Abidjan. It is the only source available giving a very precise and time spread information on Air Quality at the Abidjan scale. Access to the data is not free, but can be tested through an API for 14 days for free
