Yes it is downloadable from the portal of open data in the city c) Is it in digital form? Yes, and it can be found on a government sponsored website, with the “.gov” domain name d) Is it machine-readable? Yes, I opened it with excel e) Is the machine readable data available in bulk? Yes, it is issued as a monthly dataset f) Is it openly licensed? Yes, but the City of Cape Town has a terms of service agreement with several constraints regarding the use of the data (see OpenDataLicence2.pdf file on the open data portal of the city of Cape Town) g) Is the dataset up to date? Yes the city releases monthly reports with the last on on open tenders dating from October 2017, while our research was conducted in November 2017
