a) Does the data exist? Yes on the city of Cape Town website of their platform for open data b) Is it publicly available? Yes c) Is it in digital form? Yes, but it varies along the data sets, indeed there is not one single public facility dataset d) Is it machine-readable? Yes for the most part of the data sets listed below e) Is the machine readable data available in bulk? No, it is divided among many different sectors: Electric service fields, Libraries, Public lighting, Public swimming pools, Service requests f) Is it openly licensed? Yes, under the constraints found in the "terms of service" set up by the CIty of Cape Town g) Is the dataset up to date? Yes the last entries date from October 2017

The dataset of "Service requests" is very interesting in the manner in which it relays the different queries of citizens for public facilities, wether they have been fulfilled or addressed by the CIty
