However, the publisher (Dubai Pulse) is an open data platform where all datasets are displayed under an Open Data License available at: https://www.dubaipulse.gov.ae/legal Also, in the general other additional info section of all datasets gathering the transports information, it appears that the 'Rights' are for 'Everyone'. The data was collected through an Automated Vehicle Management System, Unified Automated Fare Collection / Ticketing System and is updated on daily basis (last update 2 days ago).
