The datasets are found on the guatecompras.gt, the government’s website for procurement contracts and awards. The query on the statistics page enables the user to view procurement contracts by category, year, type of entity and government level. Though the search query is user friendly, the user is unable to download data in bulk. For example, it is not possible to search all contracts for all categories in the Municipality of Guatemala city for the year 2017. In terms of open licensing, there is no mention of conformant licenses on the website.
