The main issue with this dataset is that it is not machine-readable, as it is in png format, and extremely limited. Actual government-issued tabular format data on local transport/BRT timetables was unavailable (and in spite of reaching out to the relevant authorities we could not access it).
The data is provided on a timely and up to date basis as it is available on a regularly updated official government web page, and there is a time stamp in the dataset title: "mapa_transmetro_2017_png" that appears when downloaded.
The data seems to be openly licensed as there is a link on the https://www.muniguate.com website to the "Unidad de informacion" page under TRANSPARENCIA. The translation of the License Agreements page (link under the Openly licensed? tab in the census) is as follows: This unit was created in accordance with the law, to guarantee compliance with the Law of Access to Public Information, thus complying with the right that every person has to have access to the information generated in the municipal institution and that is of benefit for neighbors. The objectives of the same are to comply and ensure that the provisions of the Law of Access to Public Information are met by receiving and processing all the requests. This unit will guide those interested in formulating applications and notify them of their status. In addition, it will coordinate, organize, manage, safeguard and systematize the files containing the public information under its charge, respecting the corresponding legal system at all times. According to the third chapter, article 18 of this law, access to public information will be free for purposes of analysis and consultation in the offices of the obligated party, while any copy, written reproductions or electronic means, required by the applicant, will have a cost for reproduction expenses of the same, which must be absorbed by the interested party.
