The data can be easily found on the official website of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority- MMDA. We could find the approved budget documents (spending by sector) of 2017,2016,2015 and 2014 on their website. There are also budget utilization reports from 2010-2016 which contains information about approved budgets and the utilization of funds.
