The data was easily accessible through the open data portal of the national government where you can also find all the other relevant information about the data. The data is divided by regions, so the data corresponding to Manila is the data from the National Capital Region (NCR). The data contains the results for all Metro Manila, therefore the city of manila and its metropolitan area. You can also find the data, from the same publisher, of the senatorial elections and other positions. Although it was easy to find it and access it, the latest data available is the one for the 2013 elections while, by searching in the internet, I found out that there were elections held in 2016 for which the data is not yet available.
