There are two different rapid transit systems in Metro Manila: the Manila Light Rail Transit System, or the LRTA System, and the Manila Metro Rail Transit System, or the MRTC System. The LRTA system is operated by the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), a government-owned and controlled corporation under the authority of the Department of Transportation (DOTr). The MRTC system is by a private company operating in partnership with the DOTr under a Build-Lease-Transfer agreement. In the above survey, I concentrated on the LRTA system. The data is available in tabular form. The website at the below mentions that ‘All content is public domain unless otherwise stated’ but I was not sure whether it is completely open licensed or not.
