Like most of the "public" government data, we can only find an online platform to search for that information, it is not available on bulk.

There are two platforms for Shanghai, apart from the national one (Shanghai branch) URL above, this one below also works:

One should know either the name of registration for the business or the Unified Social Credit Code /registration number and then search for the information on the platform.

And for the registration of individual business in Shanghai, there is a dataset on the Open Data Platform:

(General information: Since 2017, Shanghai has established the government data service platform https://www.datashanghai.gov.cn. Some of the datasets are publicly available and others are shown on the website but you need to apply for it. To apply for the dataset, you first need to past the real-name verification, which requires a Chinese citizen identification card number, Chinese bank account number and a Chinese cell phone number. Fortunately, as a Chinese, I had all of those.)

But it needs to be applied. I have applied, but I have not received any responses yet.

Furthermore, there is a famous website that provides information of more than 70 million enterprises in China.

This website cannot be accessed from outside China, unfortunately, I haven't found a VPN that brings me back to China. The source of information on this website is mysterious, one might assume they use web crawler to get the data from the sub-national platform of each province.

They might also used auto intelligence on picture identification to fight break the CAPTCHA upon each search on the government platform.
