Although there is no aggregated data of all the facilities owned by the city, separate datasets on public facilities such as parks or libraries can easily be found and downloaded from the Government’s open data website.

Regarding the dataset’s license, Singapore Open Data allows for the use, access, download, copy, distribution, transmission, modification and adapiont the datasets, together with any derived analyses or applications, whether for commercial or non-commercial uses.

With respect to the machine-readability of the data, we checked Github for discussions on SHP and KML formats, where the most widespread consensus regarded these formats as machine-readable.
