Finding this dataset was not entirely easy and I was not able to find one single dataset that incorporated all public transports and their schedules together. There were, however, different datasets available for bus and train transit that included the position of stops and the estimated locations and times of arrival.

The dataset is updated with an ad-hoc frequency and easily downloadable. Regarding the nature of the license, the contents found are licensed by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore and “shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of LTA.”
