It is available at the Commercial Court (Tribunal de Commerce). As I couldn’t find information on the open data portals nor on the ministry’s website about this data, I emailed M. Cyriac Gbogou who gave me other contacts to write to, and notably M. Alexandre Sea’s number. M.Sea, who is a consultant at Côte d’Ivoire PME, provided me with the information about the data’s existence. It is available to anyone who can physically access to the Commercial Court. M.Sea, who is a consultant at Côte d’Ivoire PME, provided me with the information about the data’s location. My informant explained that it was not digital and not accessible online.
The data is in the form of a Word document. It is updated every time a new entry is done, in other words everytime a company is registered.
