However, I have found non-governmental shared statistics: A “Cairo Budget” research in the Egypt data portal, leads to the data set “Financing statistics of Egypt 2012”, with exhaustive data on government past revenues and expenditures(https://egypt.opendataforafrica.org/vzmftdb/financial-statistics-of-egypt-2012). But it does not comes from the government officially (although the website quotes the Egyptian central bank as it sources, the link it provides is not in use anymore) and it is a national, not local, account

I also used the website of the CAPMAS agency, which shares public statistics. There is a “national account” chapter in the 2017 “Statistical Yearbook”, released in September 2017. Yet, the pages seem to be mixed, I’ve never been able to actually find this document https://www.capmas.gov.eg/Pages/StaticPages.aspx?page_id=5034
