To find the data, I have made a list of open data portals and relevant government entities and searched within the website and also thanks to google operators.

I have then used the site operator in google to search for mentions of “open data”, “procurement contracts”, “procurement” or “ tenders” (as it could link to the same kind of data) on government websites, just in case:

• Cairo Governorate website: Some contracts documents are disclosed (PDF format). (https://www.cairo.gov.eg/citizens/advertistment/2017/%D9%85%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%82%D8%B5%D8%A9%20%D8%AA%D8%B7%D9%88%D9%8A%D8%B1%20%D8%B9%D9%8A%D9%86%20%D8%B4%D9%85%D8%B3.pdf, https://www.cairo.gov.eg/citizens/advertistment/2017/WORKS%20CONTRACT%20NOTICE%20Works%20of%20Schools%20Upgrading%20in%20Mattereya%20District.pdf)
• Accountability State Authority: No relevant results.
• Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities : There is a list of tenders and bids. However, there are only 12 PDF documents, 5 of which have been added between the 15th and 20th November 2017. The attached documents are only 1 page long. (https://www.moh.gov.eg/en/en_design/bids_en.aspx)
• Ministry of Finance : One page consecrated to tenders and auctions (https://www.mof.gov.eg/English/Ministry%20Activities/Pages/Tenders_Auctions.aspx) but it is only a list of PDF with investment opportunities and tender documents
• Ministry of Trade & Industry : no relevant result
• Ministry Of Investment & international cooperation : it discloses contracts signed for loans & grants (https://www.miic.gov.eg/MopRep/ProjFiles/L78280HISDP0PA0conformed.pdf, https://www.miic.gov.eg/MopRep/ProjFiles/Giza0North0Pow1TIATED0PA1Conformed%20(1).pdf, https://www.miic.gov.eg/MopRep/ProjFiles/Official0Docum0G00Closing0Package00.pdf, https://www.miic.gov.eg/MopRep/ProjFiles/EASE.pdf)
